“Rock-solid commercial metal roofing work built for Minnesota winters”

Ice dams along the north eave of our facility in Minneapolis were backing water under the oldlap seams every February. Minneapolis Commercial Roofing MN retrofitted 24-gauge Kynar 500 standing seam panels with high-temp ice and water shield and heavy-duty snow retention bars. Not a single icicle or drip all winter.

“Saved us nearly $95,000 compared to a full tear-off”

Our metal and mod-bit warehouse roof in Minneapolis still had dry insulation underneath, which their crew proved with core samples instead of pushing an expensive tear-off. They power-washed the entire deck, reinforced every seam and fastener with fabric-embedded mastic, and sprayed a white high-solids silicone coating with a 15-year warranty. Our upper-level warehouse temps dropped almost 10 degrees in July.

“On-site in 90 minutes when heavy wet snow overloaded our scuppers”

When we got 14 inches of wet snow followed by a freeze in Minneapolis, our parapet scuppers froze solid and water started ponding 5 inches deep over our anchor tenant. Their winter crew came out the same afternoon with low-pressure steam equipment, cleared the drains and scuppers without puncturing the PVC membrane, and set up our semi-annual maintenance plan.

“Found the exact HVAC curb leak that two other roofers missed”

We manage a 3-story medical/office building off I-94 in Minneapolis and had a stubborn leak every time snow melted on the flat roof. Two other companies just smeared mastic around the drain and charged us $900. Minneapolis Commercial Roofing MN brought an infrared moisture scanner, traced the water under the membrane to a cracked RTU pitch pocket 18 feet away, heat-welded new reinforced curb flashing, and gave us before-and-after photos. Dry as a bone ever since.

“Handled the insurance adjuster meeting on the roof and got our full replacement approved”

Our 36-unit building in Minneapolis took 1.75-inch hail last summer and the insurance company's first out-of-state adjuster tried to claim it was 'cosmetic.' Minneapolis Commercial Roofing MN's HAAG-certified inspector met the second adjuster on the roof with chalk grids, core cuts, and dented metal copings. Claim was approved in full for $218k and the crew finished the entire replacement in 6 days.

“Replaced 42,000 sq ft of leaking EPDM in Minneapolis without shutting down our plant”

After the last hail and wind storm came through Hennepin County, our 22-year-old ballasted roof in North Loop Warehouse District had water dripping near two electrical panels. Minneapolis Commercial Roofing MN tarped the active leaks within 2 hours of our call, documented the core cuts and thermal imaging for our commercial insurer, and installed a mechanically attached 60-mil white TPO system with staggered R-30 polyiso insulation. Passed both the manufacturer 20-year NDL walk-through and Minneapolis CPED Construction Code Services (Public Service Building, 505 Fourth Ave S) final inspection with zero punch-list items.
